[1] IMPROVISATION: ii V I progression (arpeggios)

Here's an exercise designed to work on arpeggios and improvisation over a major ii V I progression. 

The ii V I progression is very common in jazz (Blue Bossa, Tune Up, Autumn Leaves, Perdido...). 

Here, in the key of Bb, it's made up of the chords Cm7, F7 and BbMaj7.

The first goal is to learn the arpeggios, then play and learn the four solos to practice playing over the chord changes.

I'll add more exercises of this kind over time - arpeggios and matching note sequences plus a backing track. Feel free to leave comments if you spot any typos or have ideas for improvement.
